How we eat has a lot to do with how we feel and how we think. The dietary behaviour change (DBC) programme has been designed to achieve sustained weight loss by modifying the way clients eat and changing their relationship with food. The programme will work to:

Depression and anxiety are the most common psychological problems experienced, at times occurring in response to difficult life events, at other times emerging with no obvious cause. Many people will experience a period of depression and/or anxiety at some point in their life.

Cognitive-behavioural therapy is a highly successful treatment for anxiety (1) and depression (2). It has been found to be as effective as anti-depressant medication, with lower relapse rates post-treatment (3).
